Bonus Issue : NRB Bearings Ltd

NRB Bearings Ltd has informed the market today that in the meeting thats going to be held on June 01 2010 they will consider issue of Bonus Shares.They have already declared a dividend of 2 rs .On the financial side N R B Bearings the profit of the company rose 3.69 times to Rs 9.3 crore from Rs 2.5 crore in the same quarter previous year.Net sales for the quarter for the quarter surged 53.54% to Rs 1,01.80 crore, while total income for the quarter jumped 54.40% to Rs 1,02.21 crore .It reported EPS of rs 1.92 a share during the quarter.
