Buy Grasim TARGET 2900
The stock has been in strong uptrend after correcting from the peak of Rs2900 it touched during the month of December. The strong up moves has been backed by sharp surge in volumes. The momentum indicator like RSI and MACD are exhibiting positive divergence. The stock has managed to hold the key support levels on a closing basis despite the widespread volatility. We believe the cross above its critical resistance zone Rs2,710 on a closing basis may see rally extending to Rs2,900 and above. We recommend traders to buy the stock at current levels for a 2-3 weeks target of 2800 & 2900 with a strict stop loss placed at Rs2,640
Buy Grasim around Rs2,700,
Target 2800 & 2900

Pre Market Commentary ...
Today,we expect a positive start for Indian stocks on healthy global cues. But, don’t take undue risks, as the near-term outlook remains cloudy. A big worry is the continuous selling by FIIs, though local funds remain bullish. Budget could prove to be an important catalyst apart from of course the global events.
For now though, risk appetite seems to be back, at least temporarily. The dollar index slid below 80 and the euro had its biggest gain against the greenback in two months. Gold and crude oil also advanced. The Dow Jones had its biggest gain since Jan. 4. Stocks in Europe, however, missed out on much of the Greek-related rally. Asian markets are mostly higher.
Technically, the Nifty has short-term support at 4700 while resistance is likely at around 4900. It has to decisively surpass 4950 if it is to reclaim the coveted 5000 level. The Nifty has a strong support at 200 DMA i.e. 4640 in case of another major selloff. Meanwhile, Federal Reserve chairman Ben S. Bernanke is expected to release testimony on his vision for easing the US away from its current ultra-loose monetary policy. And while Bernanke may talk a lot about exit, he is going to make it clear that the central bank is also not in a hurry to take away the punching ball.

Pre Market Commentary ..
Today we expect a flat opening due to indecisive global cues. The Dow Jones has closed below 10,000. Stocks in Europe finished higher. Asia is pretty much mixed.
We now have statistical evidence to substantiate that the green shoots in India have blossomed further. Apart from the subdued credit growth and tepid tax receipts (partly owing to fiscal stimulus) most other economic indicators have improved substantially.
The ball is now in the Finance Minister’s court. In that context, Feb. 26 will be a crucial day. Pranab Mukherjee is likely to take a calibrated approach to unwinding the fiscal stimulus. He has his task cut out on the fiscal front. So, we expect him to articulate strategy to return to the path of fiscal prudence. Any deviation from this will be disappointing.
Derivative indicators are pointing to further weakness. Technically, 4700 could give near-term support to the Nifty while resistance might kick in at 4800. The 200 DMA of 4640 will continue to be a crucial level to watch.
