The company announced that it would raise Rs1.2bn through preferential allotment of shares to Asian private equity firm SAIF Partners, stated reports. The scrip touched an intra-day high of Rs166.8 and a low of Rs145 and recorded volumes of over 0.3mn shares on BSE.
