Today, we expect the market to open a little soft again due to weak global cues.The global scenario doesn’t look encouraging this morning. Investors are unlikely to resume their buying spree on Dalal Street in a big way as they would prefer to wait for a while before putting in their money. Under such circumstances, investors could switch over to defensive counters like FMCG and IT. The action is likely to be stock specific. With more stocks being added to F&O segment from Thursday onwards, the new contenders could witness buying. Lower volumes could increase the volatility. There may be a bounce back later in the day after four days of losses.
