FIIs were net sellers of Rs6.03bn (provisional) in the cash segment on Thursday while local institutions pumped in Rs4.3bn. In the F&O segment, the foreign funds were net sellers of Rs19.35bn. On Tuesday, FIIs were net buyers to the tune of Rs13.37bn in the cash segment. Mutual funds were also net buyers of Rs1.16bn on the same day.
