Asian markets have rallied this morning. The Hang Seng in Hang Seng is up 736 points or 3.4% at 22,610 while the Kospi in Seoul gained 3.3% at 1560. The Straits Times in Singapore, the Taiex in Taiwan and the Shanghai Composite in China were up 2.3%, 3.3%, and 1.5%, respectively. Japanese markets are closed for a holiday.
