US Market update ..Dow jones saw a bull run and closed up by 890 points

Dow saw its second 2nd biggest day in the history it was just 200 points up until 2.00 EST , but after that it saw the biggest rally and closed the market up by 890 points.The consumer confidence was really low but that dint affect the market at all.
